Dress For Your Day

We want you to be comfortable here in your new work home. You’re a professional and we trust you to dress for your day. On a day you meet with an outside vendor or WoodmenLife executives, you might want to dress a little nicer. But for the most part you can go casual. Technically we follow a smart casual policy. That means:

  • T-Shirts
  • Sweatshirts, collared pullovers or half-zip jackets
  • Dresses, skirts, dress pants, khakis, capris
  • Suits and Ties

What’s Not

  • Sweatpants, yoga pants
  • Hoodies
  • Muscle shirts
  • Shoes or clothing with holes or tears
  • Summer wear such as flip flops, crocs, sundresses, halter or tank tops, shorts, hats or caps
