WoodmenLife has been a staple of downtown Omaha since our founding in 1890. Making a difference in the communities where our members live and work is at our core, but we also recognize the value of being a good corporate citizen in our hometown. We do that by donating time and money to organizations in the Omaha and Council Bluffs and surrounding areas that make a positive difference.
Each year, our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee selects dozens of non-profit organizations to receive support.
At WoodmenLife, we encourage and support efforts by our associates to get involved with their communities. WoodmenLife provides two paid volunteer days off a year, as well as donation matching for associates. Associates also have many opportunities to participate in volunteer opportunities sponsored and organized by WoodmenLife.
Since 2015, our members have joined together to make a great impact in a singular area: fighting hunger. Our associates have joined in the effort, giving time and money to local hunger charities. Click here for more on our National Community Focus.
If you have questions or need more information about WoodmenLife's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee or our corporate giving, please contact the program administrator or the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee Chairperson at CSRC@woodmen.org.
