Denise McCauley is currently the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Secretary. In this role, she has responsibility for Core Operations, Business Technology, Strategic Initiatives, and Innovation. McCauley currently serves on the Governance Committee. She is a member of Chapter 16 in Omaha, NE.

McCauley began her WoodmenLife career in June 2008 as Vice President, Core Operations. Prior to joining WoodmenLife, she held various positions in the financial services industry leading Operations, Product Development, Client Management, and Product Management functions, as well as overseeing a line of business in the payment processing industry.

Besides her role as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Secretary, McCauley serves on the Board of Food Bank for the Heartland. In addition, she serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association Heart and Stroke Walk. McCauley grew up in Omaha, NE and graduated from the University of Nebraska — Omaha with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.

McCauley enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with family. She is married to Robert McCauley.
