Employee Referral Program

We know that our best source of talent often comes from our current associates, and we want to reward you for making those referrals!

Referral incentives are paid out 50% at time of hire (on first paycheck after hire) and 50% after the new hire reaches 90 days of employment. Incentive amounts:

The amount of money you will receive depends on the position being filled. You will receive:

• $500 for non-exempt, hired referrals

• $1,000 for exempt, hired referrals

• $3,000 for positions deemed as hard-to-fill

WoodmenLife’s Employee Referral Program also has an element of excitement and recognition. A referral recognition drawing occurs at each quarterly all associate meeting. As part of the drawing, two associates will each win a $250 gift card. To gain entry into the drawing, current associates only need to refer talent to earn:

• One entry and $5 gift card for each referral

• Five additional entries if the referral is hired
