Your Health Benefits: Planning for 2025 Benefits

Participation in the Well-being Program is voluntary. The intent of the program is for you to know your biometric numbers and have an understanding of your health. Incentives are offered to those who participate in accordance with requirements of the Well-being Program and are in the form of:

  • a reduced health insurance premium for those who enroll in WoodmenLife’s health plan in 2025 or

  • a well-being reimbursement for those who do not enroll.

Associates hired or contracted on or before June 30, 2024

You have the opportunity to earn an incentive by visiting your healthcare professional and completing the biometric screening form between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024. Under “Earning Details”, enter all of your biometric values into the system to earn credit by September 30, 2024. Select here for a link to the biometric screening form. The incentive will be based solely on your submittal of your biometric screening data by September 30, 2024.

Associates hired or contracted on or after July 1, 2024

No activity is necessary. Health insurance premiums are based on the Preferred tier through the end of 2024.

How to Participate in Rewards?

  • Go to Guidance Resources® Online and log in with your credentials. If new to Guidance Resources® Online, select “Register,” enter your Web ID and follow the directions.

  • Click on the “Be Well” tile and select “Rewards Tracker” under the “Stay on Track” header.

  • First-time registration: Confirm that your data is correct and select your interests
    to get personalized engagement recommendations.

  • Review the rewards program and scroll down to view the activities you can
    participate in for rewards.

  • Select “Rewards” to download the Biometric Screening Certification Form
    under “Learn More”. Once you have completed the form with your Physician,
    keep for your own records should verification be needed. Under “Earning
    Details”, enter all of your biometric values into the system to earn credit

You are now registered. If you are unable to register or experience technical issues, please reach out to Guidance Resources at 1-855-247-5976.


  • Some health conditions may be eligible for a Biometric Screening waiver. If you feel you may be eligible for a waiver, please contact the Benefits Department at 1-800-527-5969 to discuss your options.
